Max Baris is a Dutch painter focused on urban landscapes and industrial objects. His work explores how urban structures present differently between various cities. Painting in oil on canvas, his works suggest or show the presence of people, though inactivity and emptiness reign. Baris takes you to distant destinations, inviting you to fantasize and look behind the paint.

ARTWORK STORY

This is what we wanted: calm sea, sunny beach, good book, excellent wine, "what more do you want". So far our fantasy but inviting everyone to advise if they know such a place and willing to share it with us. Only with us; we keep it exclusive.
