Born in 1965 in Reggio Emilia, Oscar Baccilieri explores diverse materials—canvas, cashmere, beeswax, marble, blotting paper, and copper—transforming them into dynamic artistic expressions. His work blends figurative and abstract elements through collage, watercolor, and acid painting, embracing a playful yet enigmatic aesthetic. Tecnica: Collage di carta vetrata, acrilici, foglia d'oro. Alla pubblicità e al kitsch, in linea con la tradizione della Pop Art ma reinterpretata in chiave attuale. Il titolo e la composizione sembrano voler riflettere — con sarcasmo — sul consumismo, sulla sacralità attribuita agli oggetti quotidiani e sul modo in cui l’arte può trasformare anche un gesto banale (come servire una zuppa) in un’icona culturale.
