ABOUT THE ARTIST
ARTWORK STORY
Tales of empathy and hidden depths. It features the superimposed lines of the Japanese kanji for "Omoiyari",a profound concept of thoughtfulness and compassion. A secret: a nude painting from 2016, now concealed by an opaque white veil. The beauty of this artwork is its dual nature; the underlying figure remains visible when the canvas is turned, allowing the owner to choose whether to keep its tender secret or share it with admiring guests. Sold with the floating frame.
