I am an abstract-surrealist painter based in Jerusalem, working primarily in oil on canvas. My paintings begin with spontaneous brushwork and gradually develop through layers of organic forms, shifting light, and ambiguous spaces. Rather than illustrating a fixed story, I create visual environments that exist between the recognizable and the imagined.
My work explores perception, memory, and the inner landscapes that surface when familiar reality begins to dissolve. Light plays a central role: it can reveal a path, conceal a structure, or transform a landscape into a psychological space. I leave each painting open enough for viewers to form their own associations and interpretations.
Born in Belarus, I studied painting and graphic art at the Glebov Art College in Minsk and have lived and worked in Jerusalem since the early 1990s. My work has been presented in solo and group exhibitions internationally and featured in curated collections and art publications.
