ABOUT THE ARTIST

I am Nathalie Gribinski, a French-American artist based in Chicago. My work is driven by intuition, movement, and a deep love of color. Using oil markers and acrylics, I create playful, rhythmic worlds where figures, animals, and symbols dance freely. Inspired by music, nature, and inner emotion, my paintings celebrate joy, connection, and the poetry of life in constant motion.

ARTWORK STORY

This composition is built through automatic, continuous drawing, where animated figures assemble into a lively narrative scene. Hybrid characters—part human, part animal—interact through gesture and movement, creating a playful yet structured visual rhythm.
