Find My Compass

Winfield is a Canadian oil painter know for her semi-abstract/impressionistic paintings. The water/ponds are filled with light and ever-changing light and reflection from our landscape. Her pond series explores the relationship between water, sky, colour and light capturing fleeting moments that feel both familiar and dreamlike. Rather than simply documenting a landscape, Winfield seeks to express how a place feels - creating paintings that bring serenity, colour and a sense of escape into the spaces they inhabit. Her work is created for collectors, refined homes, hospitality spaces, and interiors seeking original artwork with an elegant yet emotional presence.
