ABOUT THE ARTIST

Anne Baudequin is a dedicated French artist whose work has been showcased in exhibitions across France, Italy, and the UK. Inspired by the beauty of nature, she paints en plein air and alla prima, creating landscapes that capture the delicate interplay of light and evoke a profoundly emotive atmosphere.

ARTWORK STORY

Auvergne landscape, France. High up, on the summit of Mount Mézenc, between clouds, hazy distances, and snow, there is only immensity and silence. The gaze wanders across this expanse where sky and earth merge into a single palette of cold blues and brilliant whites. And then, there are these tormented pines clinging to the snowy peak, warmed by the caress of the low sun. They are life that persists. This artwork will be delivered ready to hang.
