14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you change your mind after receiving an original artwork, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify the artist.

• Replacement: If you prefer a replacement artwork, please arrange this directly with the artist. If a replacement is not agreed upon, you are entitled to a refund from the artist, minus a 20% processing fee based on the total purchase amount.
• Damaged or Misrepresented Artwork: If the artwork arrives damaged or differs significantly from its description, you can return it for a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt.

Return Instructions

• Arrangement: All return shipments must be coordinated with the artist.
• Packaging: Artwork must be returned in its original packaging, including all certificates and documents received with the order.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed at the exchange rate at the time and will be issued in EUR.

Important Notes

• Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been stretched, cropped, or altered in any way after purchase.
• No refunds will be issued after the 14-day period.
