Fantaisie inspiration – Frederic Chopin

Murielle Argoud, an artist with French and Andalusian roots, comes from Lyon, where she began painting at a young age. Trained across Europe in the 1970s and 1980s—from France and Germany to Switzerland and Tuscany—she chose to step away from theory and draw her inspiration directly from nature. Her works blend oil and acrylic with materials such as lava, sand, gold leaf, and collage, creating powerful, textured compositions where natural forces—winds, snow, waterfalls, and glowing night skies—meet a vibrant, mystical light. Known for combining dramatic surfaces with a soft, poetic atmosphere, she has exhibited in over 50 solo shows and international art fairs, including New York and Venice. Her works are held in private and public collections, and even in a chapel in Geneva. Constantly seeking new horizons, she feels at home wherever art and inspiration meet.
