ABOUT THE ARTIST
Harald Beierl is a German painter and draftsman born in 1969. Deeply committed to equality and a fair future, his work explores the fragility of our world through symbolic imagery, such as ladders (consciousness) and hearts (love). A pivotal artist residency in Hungary marked his transition from amateur to professional, refining his intuitive and detail-oriented approach. Beierl has exhibited in Germany, Hungary, and Italy, including at the Florence Biennale.

Das Werk handelt vom Fahren während die Sonne scheint. Es kann ein Fahrrad sein oder ein Motorrad. Die Räder drehen sich und man fährt seinen Weg auf der Straße. Es sind auch noch die Worte ON MY WAY in die noch feuchte weiße Ölfarbe hineingekritzt. Das Werk ist gemalt mit expressiven Pinselstrichen und kombiniert dazu ausdrucksstarke Bleistiftkritzereien. Gemalt auf selbst hergestellter Leinwand. Die Leinwand ist großzügig beschnitten, sodaß das Werk auch auf einen dickeren Keilrahmen aufgezoge
