In this large canvas, I sought to capture the summer light filtering through the lush foliage of the trees, creating a delicate interplay of shadows and light on the stony path that winds through the scene. This path leads us to the river of volcanic stones, which is like a dazzling sight upon exiting the forest. This painting is an invitation to contemplation, a meditative pause.
