ABOUT THE ARTIST

Kasia Kaldowski is a dynamic painter and art curator, whose creative journey has led her to showcase her work in over 100 exhibitions, predominantly across the vibrant art scene of the UK. With a degree in English law, her artistic passion was reignited by her husband, unleashing a wave of creativity. Kasia honed her skills at the iconic Central St. Martin's in London, diving deep into art curating, ceramics, and innovative printing techniques. Her work is an exploration of styles, ranging from breathtaking watercolors inspired by Turner to bold, avant-garde abstracts. Each piece is a unique expression, crafted to evoke emotion and provoke thought, as she masterfully shifts between traditional and contemporary techniques.

ARTWORK STORY

In this vibrant acrylic creation, I've brought surrealism and pop art together to immerse you in a juxtaposition of fantasy and reality. A whimsical, oversized rubber duck floats in a serene cityscape, exuding joy and innocence. This piece embodies the playful contrast within our world, invoking nostalgia and a sense of wonder, aiming to uplift and brighten any space with its boundless charm and color. Fun Pop Art composition of a rubber duck with a float in an imaginary port.
